Hm. I guess the most accepting person was my best friend. He's very open-minded, fully aware that there are things that we don't know, can't explain, etc. He's spiritual, sort of a mix between New Age and Buddhist. When I told him about being 'kin, he was just very chill about it. Totally accepted it as something that's true for me. Probably helped that I said flat-out that I'm totally open to this being a psychological thing, I'm not insisting that I'm the reincarnation of whatever.
